Description
The AI Architect collaborates closely with clients to understand and translate their business needs into the development and training of custom AI models. This role involves ensuring that AI models remain up-to-date and accurate by regularly gathering and incorporating training materials from clients. Effective communication with clients is key to gathering these materials and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Translate client business needs into specific AI model training requirements.
- Ensure AI models are consistently updated and accurate by obtaining and integrating client-provided training materials.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, providing initial training and guidance.
- Proactively monitor ongoing chat sessions to identify areas for model improvement and fine-tuning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback.

Requirements

- Ability to guide clients in gathering and preparing training materials for AI models.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ability to monitor and analyze chat sessions for continuous improvement of AI models.
